ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Steve Andrade is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Standard Ventures.  In his role as CEO, Steve leads the firm's mission to create lasting, positive impact in communities and has primary responsibility for the company’s investment strategy and real estate portfolio. His investment experience in commercial real estate spans three decades across multiple business cycles and asset types. Mr. Andrade is a dynamic entrepreneur and business executive in technology, life sciences and commercial real estate at Fortune 500, mid-cap, and small-cap companies. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy.
