New Standard Ventures was founded in 2017 with a commitment to investing in communities where individuals and families can thrive, connect with others, and engage in meaningful work.
We partner with experienced real estate operators to invest in and reposition underutilized or outdated assets through long-term, aligned capital.
We focus on opportunities where thoughtful execution can improve the quality, functionality, and long-term relevance of housing and working environments, particularly in communities supported by strong fundamentals.
