Steve Andrade

Steve Andrade is the Founder and Managing Partner of New Standard Ventures, an Austin-based private investment firm focused on commercial real estate and related operating businesses.​

With more than three decades of executive and investment leadership experience, Steve has led organizations across technology, life sciences, and real estate sectors. He has served as CEO of private companies and as a corporate officer within publicly traded organizations, working closely with boards on strategy, capital allocation, and enterprise performance.

At New Standard Ventures, he oversees investment strategy and portfolio stewardship with an emphasis on disciplined capital deployment and long-term operating strength. Steve is based in Asheville, North Carolina and remains active in board and advisory roles within the private investment community. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
